Uncover & Release limiting beliefs in 10 minutes.

"Mindset accounts for 80% of your success." Tony Robbins told CNBC If you've been grinding, working hard, and not getting the results that you desire, there is a good chance there is a limiting belief that's keeping you trapped, stuck, and stressed.

Sometimes its hard to realize what the limiting belief holding you back, it can feel elusive because it is hidden from your consciousness. This article will help you uncover that sneaky limiting belief and stop allowing it to wreak havoc on your current reality.

1. Ask yourself, "what do I want?"
This process helps you find the limiting beliefs in any area of your life. It doesn't just work on money. It could work on health, wealth, or relationships. Just ask yourself what do you want? Here are a few examples: I want to be fit and sexy. I want to have a scalable business. I want to be in a loving committed relationship.

2. Then ask yourself: "Why don't I have what I want?
Whatever comes after the word because.... " I don't have what I want because...." often starts to unveil the limiting belief. Simply keep asking yourself, "Why?" to each answer until the strong limiting belief emerges. For example: I've been trying to build a scalable business, but I have not managed to do that. So, I asked myself: "Why don't I have a scalable business?" The answer that came back was "... because I don't know how to create something bigger than myself. "

The process can be repeated on any type of limiting belief. If you wanted a committed relationship you would ask yourself: Why don't I have a committed relationship? I don't have a committed relationship because there are no good partners out there. Did you hear the limiting belief? There are no good partners out there.

Don't overthink this. You will know you are reaching your limiting beliefs when it feels familiar. Like you have had this thought many times before.

How to get rid of a limiting beliefs in 10 minutes
Some ways to get rid of limiting belief is to acquire the skill or hire somebody to do it. but if it's not a limiting belief that can be addressed by it and is more of a mental limitation, then the tool below will help address it in 10 min.

The questions below are called "The Work." The work is a practice created by Bryon Katie.

To release the limiting belief simply write down the limiting belief that you have uncovered and answer the four questions below.

1. Is it true?
This is a strictly yes or no answer. If you start storying and explaining your answer, it is not you. Rather, it is just the ego trying to protect the belief. Remember all beliefs give some sort of pay off (usually in the form of comfort)/ Don't let it suck you in. If the answer is yes go to question two if the answer is no go to question three.

2. Is your limiting belief ABSOLUTELY true?
There is absolutely no judgment here. You're simply asking yourself if the belief is absolutely 100% true. Receive the answer with gratitude and move on to question number three.

3. How do you react, what happens, when you believe that thought?
Whenever you think this limiting belief reflects on how that thought makes you feel. For example, when I reflected on my limiting belief "I don't know how to create a scalable business, the following feelings always popped up: 'I feel bad about myself. I feel worthless. I feel average. I feel stuck. I feel like I consistently hold myself back. So, whatever it is for you, write it all out."

4. Who would you be without that thought?
When I first heard this question, my mind actually drew a blank. I couldn't even interpret what the question meant. That's how deeply ingrained my limiting belief was.

It was easier for me to think about this question by re-phrasing my limiting belief as a "How" question. My limiting belief was, "I didn't know how to create a scalable business." When I took myself through "The Work," I realized that I did not believe this statement. I rephrased the limiting belief into a question: " How can I create a scalable business?"

My mind immediately was flooded with answers: Write this blog. Get a mentor. Join a Facebook group.

It wasn't that I hadn't thought of those things before. It was simply that the limiting belief kept popping up, leading me to doubt my intuition, and stopping me in my tracks before I could act on them.

So, If you feel stuck just re-frame your limiting belief, so it turns into a question: How can I create a scalable business? How can I attract a life partner?
